When selling your home, we will craft a list of improvements you may wish to make to improve your “sale-ability” and price.

I have an extensive base of contractors and other professionals to help, and at my expense, I will hire a professional stager to help you get ready to sell.

Only full-time, professional home photographers are hired (at my expense) to take high-definition photos that showcase your home!

When determining the price at which to list your home, we will do what the pros do. We will use current, accurate market data to inform decisions.

My full-time marketing team helps me launch a 12-prong, international marketing campaign to sell your home!

PROTECTING YOUR ASSETS

Only licensed real estate agents will be given a lock box code to access your home.

My full-time showing service will verify the credentials of everyone requesting to see your home.

SERVICE DOESN’T STOP ONCE OFFERS ARE RECEIVED

Each offer will be carefully analyzed to make sure we’re not missing anything and to clear up any vague or litigious language.

Buyers’ lenders will be contacted to verify each individual’s ability to actually buy.

I will speak to buyers' agents  to assess their ability to get the transaction done.

If a buyer is selling their home in order to buy, their contract on their current home will be evaluated to determine viability.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert, I will negotiate your offers and guide the inspection process in order to net you highest price.

All required documents will be prepared on your behalf, and I will review each one with you so that you understand what you’re signing.

When the appraiser arrives to assess your home value, I will be there to present a thorough, data-based market analysis.
